We are seeking a Recruitment Specialist with experience in sourcing, screening, and placing candidates for various roles. You will play a key role in identifying talent, coordinating the recruitment process, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

  • Source candidates through online platforms, job boards, referrals, and virtual job fairs.
  • Conduct phone screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
  • Perform reference and background checks as needed.
  • Match candidates with appropriate job opportunities based on skills and experience.
  • Coordinate interview schedules with clients and provide timely feedback.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Organize recruitment and onboarding documents, including experience with DocuSign or SignNow.
  • Assist with document management, including requirements and onboarding paperwork.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR support.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
  • Familiarity with online recruiting platforms, job boards, and virtual job fairs.
  • Experience with electronic document management such as DocuSign or SignNow is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
