Recruitment Specialist
About the Role
We are seeking a Recruitment Specialist with experience in sourcing, screening, and placing candidates for various roles. You will play a key role in identifying talent, coordinating the recruitment process, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through online platforms, job boards, referrals, and virtual job fairs.
- Conduct phone screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
- Perform reference and background checks as needed.
- Match candidates with appropriate job opportunities based on skills and experience.
- Coordinate interview schedules with clients and provide timely feedback.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Organize recruitment and onboarding documents, including experience with DocuSign or SignNow.
- Assist with document management, including requirements and onboarding paperwork.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR support.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Familiarity with online recruiting platforms, job boards, and virtual job fairs.
- Experience with electronic document management such as DocuSign or SignNow is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
